this product works great without stomach cramping like some other laxatives have.It might take a couple of days and doses so don't be discouraged if you don't "go" the first day.

BioLax is a wonderful supplement that gently keeps your digestive system working well. I first began using it during my pregnancy for constipation, as recommended by my Naturopathic doctor. I loved the product so well, that I have continued using it postpartum. This product keeps you regular without causing diarrhea or any cramping.

I only need to take one at night and works great the following morning! I do get a little more “airy” but nothing that would prevent me from continued use. I did read up on the ingredients. If you’re going to have surgery you should discontinue use 2 weeks prior.
