This is my favorite tea strainer to use hands down.
Oh my goodness I LOVE this tea strainer! I've been using the round balls for loose leaf tea or trying to use tea bags that I can put loose leaf tea in, however, with the built in measuring and how easy it is to empty and fill the strainer itself, it's become one of my favorite tools to use when making tea. Plus it hangs right on the edge of my little coffe/tea shelf so that it can dry nicely and is easy to reach.

It stays where you hook it and does fine infusing
Good infuser with the innovation (to me) of sliding barrel loading and hanging over the edge of a glass. This is much easier than a ball infuser, with a chain that always seems to flop about awkwardly. You hook these over the rim, and there is stays until done infusing. The exposed barrel space is easy enough to load, and well-sized for one cup.

How do they work?
The items themselves feel great. But there is no instructions on how to use them. I put tea into the strainer and it floated right out. I thought a strainer was meant to keep the leaves out of the tea. So how do they work?

Horrible tea diffuser design.
It looks nifty, but while the mesh wraps around the entire cylinder, the interior channel that holds the tea is not a mesh. It's solid. So water does not circulate through the leaves well. I've done side-by-side comparisons with other loose leaf diffusers and it definitely brews weaker tea. I've even let it steep for 60 minutes, still cannot get a strong cup of tea. Don't waste your money, go with something else.
