Wrong Product Description , Loss of Money.
The operating system mentioned in the description is wrong. As per the description i ordered windows 10 but when i Got the laptop and when checked the OS it is showing Windows 10s, which has restrictions on installing 3rd party apps which are not on Microsoft Store. This means you will not be able to install Google Chrome, zoom, slack, or any other most commonly used applications on this device. I have returned the device for which they have cut 10% of the device cost saying that the package was opened. The details of the operating system is shown in the system settings for which one will need to open the package. This purchase is a huge disappointment for me. I urge the seller and Amazon to put and verify proper details of the system in the description. Hope nobody else gets into this troubled purchase.

Finger print sensor is not the laptop.
Laptop is ok, I ordered white & I got black , finger print sensor is not there, Window 11 pro was installed instead of Window 10 pro

The power cable
Everything is ok with the laptop. But the power cable looks swapped with a local make( was found loose inside the box). The pin type is wrong.. its not gulf power socket type. See photos.
