Q: For a 7-step stair, what size bolts do I use to attach to concrete?

I used 1/4 inch, but you could use 5/16. The hole is 3/8 , They look great I have picture of final project if you would like to see it.

No. The largest unit (7 steps) rises to a height of 57 inches. You would need to check with the manufacturer regarding the possibility and advisability of using multiple units.

I don’t know if there are leg brackets. Ours are not joined together.

Do you want to know how many steps are needed, or the actual length of the stringer? These stringers have 7.5" height (rise), and 10" tread (run). So, a deck height of 10' (or 120") ÷ 7.5" equals 16 steps. However, if you actually meant what is the stringer length, the pythagorean theorem: a²+b²=c², where 'a' is the rise, 'b' is the run, will calculate the stringer length 'c'.
