I washed mine with liquid soap and let it air dry.

Are these reversible; can you use them on either side?

There’s a ribbon on one side of the puff to slip your fingers thru to secure tje puff so you can dab your face. I just use the side without the ribbon.

Where are these made?

If you read the description, you can see it states fiber material.

How thick is each Powderpuff?

They arent super thick, maybe 1/4 of an inch or less. Theyare super soft and they do a great job powdering under the eyes and around the nose. If you want something thicker, Im sure you can get them on Amazon.
