These are fantastic!I used these to make a graham cracker crust for my cheesecake to make it gluten free for my guests on Thanksgiving. I put the whole box of crackers in a large Ziplock bag and used a rolling pin to lightly crush them. Came out great. The crust was a little crispier than the "normal" graham cracker crumbs I use. My husband and I actually prefer these over the regular crumbs.My cheesecake has the crust on the bottom and up the sides. I got one box of these and I only had enough to make a bottom crust. If your recipe makes a crust up the sides as well, you'll need two boxes.I've purchased them again to make another cheesecake for Christmas. Love these!

Seriously the best gluten free graham crackers. I've tried them all and these taste just like the "real" thing and the texture is as close as you are going to get to traditional crackers. Super yummy with making smores or just as a snack alone. My only complaint is often crackers are broken already in the package.

No store in my town had any Gluten Free graham crackers, so I was very happy to find that I could order some on Amazon. These Schar ones taste delicious and are very similar to actual graham crackers (which I cannot eat anymore due to gluten intolerance). Some of them did arrive crumbled though. I think they cost more on here than they would in a store as well so I probably wouldn’t order them if I had the option not to. Really, my main complaint is that they should be more careful with the shipment of this product to prevent them from crumbling which is why I marked this product down on “value for money.”

To be honest, I've yet to eat one plain. However, as S'mores, they are wonderful. They have a slightly toasted sugar flavor, similar to Biscoffs. A treat to behold.They are quite expensive, so I doubt that I can keep them around all the time. I do think they are better than the similar Kinnickinnick gluten-free graham cracker, which is the only other packaged one I've had.All of Schar's poroducts are wonderful, and I'm confident in trying them in terms of yumminess and safety. Definitely on my pantry list.

I ordered three boxes, I have opened two boxes. There were only FIVE crackers between the two boxes that were in tack and not a crumbled mess. So I received crumbs - too bad I didn’t order crumbs!
