A lot of filler, not for someone seeking an effective method.
If it helps turn someone on to meditation who is a complete sceptic, then great. This book will not go into teaching you a method, it just goes far to explain why meditation is good for you. Whilst constantly reminding you about Emily's online courses and one on one training.I was quite disappointed.The book is a lot of filler, the only time you are talked through the actual method is on page 121 and it's the absolute minimum information (only a few pages).Maybe I brought this book expecting to learn an effective method of meditation after hearing Emily speak on podcasts. Instead it feels like a book written in haste as part of a larger marketing mix to attract an audience to online courses.

This book is a game changer.
Meditation has been a game changer for me over the last 15 months. I had a preconception about meditation and it was the following basic ideas:-It is really difficult to do-I guess I am not one of those who can meditate. There are only a select few who can do this-Learning to stop my thoughts is hard. I can't do this-I need to find the perfect environment to meditate, a really quiet room, special meditation chair,-Not sure it can really make a huge difference in my life. I know CEO's of large organisations are doing it but not sure it can benefit me. Can Meditation really reduceStress and make me healthier?This is where Emily Fletcher's teachings have TRANSFORMED my life. I learnt about Meditation from her online Meditation course and what struck me was how she explained the NeuroScience of Meditation. She completely demystified it and that was really important for me to challenge the above misconceptions I had about meditation.While there are hundreds of different meditation styles and techniques, what really makes a difference is anything that will allow you to have a daily practice. Meditation has to be done on a daily basis to realise all the amazing benefits it comes with and this is where the issue is. How do you create a meditation practice that will stick every single day? It really helps illustrate the POWERof meditation and this is what I really love about the book. It makes you realise that Meditation should be a non-negotiable element of your life.So lots of people appreciate the benefits of meditation but as mentioned above, can't really understand how they can make it a habit. This is where the book then teaches you how to do this with a great technique that incorporates Mindfulness, Meditation and Manifesting. There are so many books out there on Mindfulness with organizations now also having ways to incorporate ways of enabling employees to go through mindfulness activities because they realise how powerful this is. Emily teaches in the book that Mindfulness is different from Meditation and how Meditation is an even more powerful practice. She teaches how these three concepts are different and how hermeditation technique combines them all together.So the book will demystify and help you understand meditation. It will teach a technique that is very easy to incorporate in your daily life. I live and work in London and I am able to practice this meditation while travelling in a noisy underground tube. I no longer have excuses for not meditating and this is the power of the book. It can give you a tool that has the power to transform your life over the next few months, years and decades.I went from not having a clue about how meditation works to being a self-sufficient meditator. This has been possible with Emily's teachings. The book is so very easy to read and gives you a great step by step process to motivate you, excite you about meditation and crucially enable you to become a self-sufficient meditator. Powerful Beyond Measure!
I absolutely love this book! It is a must read for anyone wanting to start or to know more about meditation and what all the fuss is about with regards to the numerous benefits that are being documented and now scientifically proven to have, not only on our emotional well being but also on our bodies and our minds!Emily has made meditation accessible for everyone, whether you are a novice or have already been practising meditation for a while, you will find this book truly helpful and insightful. There is a no nonsense approach and language that is easy to understand plus all the meditation myths are demystified and put to rest once and for all. I defy you to not want to start meditating and taking back control of your life and start creating the life you truly want through the trifecta meditation technique from @zivameditation after reading this book. So glad this book is finally out, it’s going to change many lives for the better for sure! Getting the world meditating will be powerful beyond measure.

Do yourself a favor, buy it! This one is a must read
This is a book which is going to blow your mind because, for one time, it's going to tell you the truth, the expertise and the neurosciences backing up what is meditation, and between us, there are tons of meditation out there but I was lost where to start, how to start and if it was worth it. Emily Fletcher, the founder of Ziva meditation demystified everything to truly show me the benefits and, most importantly how to start a meditation practice.It's so reassuring that meditation is not another tick on my to-do list but the practice to truly stress less, accomplish more and get back my balance in our frenzied, ultra-connected world.I was looking for a practice exceeding my expectations and Ziva meditation dit it, just with this book.Do yourself a favor, buy it!Because it's time to stress less and perform at your best.

Best Book on How To Meditate
When I started reading this book there was a lot of mention about Ziva etc and felt it was plugging the Ziva Meditation program a bit.However as I got into the book I realised this is the best book on meditating. I have been mediating for years but never felt I was doing it right and wanted a proper breakdown about not only the technique but the science behind it, the misconceptions etcIt’s also a very easy read. Feels like Emily is sitting in front of you with a cup of tea telling you everything there is to know about meditation. She will teach you things you won’t hear on You Tube videos which IMO explain the technique wrong.I am fully confident now on my daily mediation approach and urge anyone looking to learn how to meditate to get this book.
