OMG, do not get the orange flavor. With all the alcohol, it's like taking a nasty shot of Triple Sec in the back of the throat. I have college flashbacks and about throw up every time I use it. Peppermint is much better!

I have been buying the Peppermint flavor a couple of times now and really like that flavor. I like the product, I do sense it has some benefits to my health. I thought I'd change it up and buy the Citrus flavor. It is horrible tasting! Unless you like fake chemical flavor (which still doesn't taste like citrus). Would not recommend the Citrus flavor but definitely would recommend the Peppermint flavor.

My vegan sister recommended this for me. I started using it around December 2019. While I don't use it as recommended, I try to remember to use it once daily at the very least. I haven't had any problems with it at all! Nor have I been sick since I started using it.
