This box was easy to assemble. However, there was only one screw to attach the top the the frame. The screw was too short and did not stabilize the entire box. So when I went to pick up the box, the lid came off and the screw was not long enough to keep it attached. Not for me. Also too flimsy. There were spaces in the side where someone could enter a screwdriver if they wanted to get in.

I bought this mailbox as I needed a solution for my small business. This mailbox is poorly made. The instructions only go over the lock and not any installation process. The product came in a few pieces, and I had to guess how to put it together, which really isn't too much of a big deal. But holes do not line up properly to secure the two pieces together. Also, VERY difficult to get to a set of screws that secure the top to the bottom. I had to walk away from it in frustration...and not sure I'll be able to secure those screws in the end because they are hidden under the security flap feature along the top (can't get your hand in the area to screw together). Also, the lid came dented. $200+ product shouldn't arrive damaged. I am concerned about the lock truly being "weatherproof." I'm considering returning just because I expect better quality for something of this high dollar value.

I take responsibility for not ensuring the water resistance of this item. You'd typically expect an outdoor electronics drop box to be waterproof, right? It seems I was mistaken. Had Amazon not hidden the answered questions section, I may have spotted this minor detail - as someone had asked about it after I'd already installed it. Sadly, I now have this non-waterproof box installed on my brickwork, where I've had to drill holes for its placement. The provided mounting hardware wasn't up to par, plus the construction of the box leaves room for improvement. This will be the last item I purchase from wehere.As a heads up for any other potential buyers, always double-check product details before installing! This certainly was a disappointing experience on my end.

The media could not be loaded. This product’s quality is fairly low. After only three months, half of the key pad has stopped working. I thought maybe it was low-voltage, but after changing the batteries, I see that it has simply failed to work.

Not clear info on how to put it together, so cheap and fragile material. Not worth the price. You can open remotely using a code only, not really one clicks on your phone and it opens, you have to create a code and give it to someone else to open it. If it is a delivery for example w a bigger package you can't open being far from it. it needs 2 AA batteries and 2 smaller one if I'm not wrong.

The phone app is broken. I cannot register. I am getting super frustrated with all the software problems these days. Including Amazon. No one is testing any software to make sure it works. 50% of my products's software are full of bugs. Thankfully the lockbox has a backup plan b with a hard analogue key.

The metal portion is very thin The first piece came all bent The replacement came with dents. Instructions are pretty much zero. The electronic portion assembly instructions missing but once figured out the OTP works fine so the electronic portion seems to work good. I tested several times and seem to be working good. For the price not a great value except for the electronic portion. For that I gave two stars.

Not sure it will survive multiple package droppings. Installed ring mailbox sensor, which triggered just by opening the door due to the movements of the whole box. Returned.
