Zenlogy 10x15 Unbleached Parchment Paper Baking Sheets (100 Pcs) - Exact Fit for 10x15 Jelly Roll Pan

These fit my jelly roll pan perfectly. I used them to make pumpkin rolls, was able to roll them right up in the parchment to cool rather than “turning onto a tea towel” and rolling. They also didn’t stick.

It is almost 1/4-1/2 inch too short.Width is perfect.I measured my pan to be sure it wasn't off. It seems none of these pre cut sheets from anywhere are long enough to completely cover the bottom of the pan.I have more than one pan and it is the same for all.

Thoughts:I have purchased multiple brands of pre-cut and non-bleached parchment and have compared them against one another. This brand holds up against the competition and I don't find it to be a deficient product. Although, this product costs about ten cents more per sheet than the same quality of parchment paper from another seller. (And yes, the competition supplies cardboard packaging and it was in the same size and is unbleached.)ProsSometimes you can reuse a sheet more than once if what you're baking is not too greasy or wet. I love that these are natural and unbleached and I do like how this brand carries lots of different sizes and that they come in a rigid cardboard box that make storing these sheets easy. My favorite part is that they do a great job of protecting my baking sheets and cleanup is a breeze.ConsIn comparison to comparable products on Amazon, this is not good value for the money. In fact, it is almost twice the cost of the competitors. I have tested these other brands and do not find them deficient in any way. My score is solely based on the cost of this product not being as competitive.Bottom Line:This is a good product and, so far, I haven't found anything negative with its performance. Although, I won't be repurchasing because I have found a product just as good for half as much from another seller here on Amazon.

These are great! Very happy with purchase. They hold grease very well. Easy to pull out the box and place in air fryer. Once done, take it out, throw it away and BOOM-no cleaning! you can use one more than once, depending what you put on it. Over all they last, and leave no food residue. Love these. Minimizes the cleaning of the air fryer and they fit perfectly in my XL fryer.
