For sleep/anxiety it is best used with GABA (preferably with inositol) Take both together at least an hour before bed.( I take max dose of each )Over time skullcap will actually heal nerves . GABA stops the negative talk in your head. Scientists have now studied its effects and Pharma are now producing a prescription blend called Gabapentin, of course I don’t recommend that.
