Nice bulbs but don't last anywhere near the rated life
I've used these bulbs in bathroom lights where they screw in horizontally and are totally exposed (so no heat build up) and also in kitchen lights that have a glass half sphere over them (but not completely enclosed). In both cases, they failed to live up to their rated life. In the kitchen application, 25% fail within a year and 75% before 2 years. In the bathroom application, 33% (2 of 6) failed within 2 years. They last nowhere near their 22 year lifespan. I've found this with most other LEDs as well. They don't live up to their exaggerated claims. My guess is the LEDs themselves do not fail but the power supplies but I've never taken one apart to investigate. Still, these are the nicest globes I've found. The light quality and uniformity is good and the globes are glass not plastic.

High Quality Product
I used these bulbs to replace 10 bulbs in my bathroom. In addition to using them while in the bathroom, when I watch tv at night in bed I dim the bathroom lights as a side light until I go to sleep. I have a 13 year old Lutron dimmer (not sure of the model). The light bulbs dim perfectly with no buzzing. The light seems a little whiter than my old incandescent bulbs, but that might be because some of my old bulbs were up to 13 years old and aged. One thing worth noting is that I put in 3 bulbs and used the dimmer to see if they would work and not buzz. The light bulbs dimmed but would not turn completely off. Fortunately I continued to put in all 10 bulbs and the dimmer then turned off the bulbs. Apparently if you don't have bulbs in all the sockets it somehow doesn't close the circuit to turn off a fewer number of bulbs. I have had these bulbs for a couple of weeks and could not be happier with them. I am looking forward to saving quite a lot of money on my monthly electricity bills because I use these lights for a few hours each day/night.

Better than the eight 60 watt incandescent bulbs they replaced!
With the cost of electricity going up in my area and recently becoming a multi-generational house (mother-in-law and adult son....lucky me) that's occupied all day....every day, I've watched our utilization and costs increase. Looking for opportunities to keep costs under control, I started replacing all of my incandescent bulbs with LED's. Upfront costs may be more than a traditional bulb but, over time, it will pay for itself through energy savings. Also, LED lights last 16+ years...how many times will you buy a new bulb in that time frame?Any way, I swapped out eight 60 watt incandescent globe/bulbs in our master bathroom with eight of these lights. I instantly noticed that the bathroom was brighter and, because I opted for the "Warm White", the lighting looked natural. I didn't say anything to my wife when she got home from work to see if she would notice. She didn't...which is a good thing. Had the lighting been cold white, or not as bright as the previous bulbs, she would notice and I would hear about it.So, very happy with these lights. Highly recommend!

I really prefer the warmer white in the bathroom even though when I ordered this bulb I had thought this color would be better f
I am giving this light bulb 4 Stars for design, quality and feel but hold back on the higher 5 star rating because light output for 7 watts at 500 lumens per bulb is much lower than the previous LED filament bulb I was using also 7 watts but much higher 800 lumens output (same wattage). Another thing, not affecting my rating, is after trying this light bulb I realize that I should have ordered the warm white and not the daylight. The daylight bulb is way too white/blue for my taste and I just can't get used to it, I really prefer the warmer white in the bathroom even though when I ordered this bulb I had thought this color would be better for shaving and grooming - not the case at all. I do not like the color or feel it gives in the room. The bulb is well designed and fits very well in my 4-bulb vanity fixture, size is perfect and the look is awesome. I am using 4 bulbs in my fixture, they dim very well with very little buzz noise from Leviton slide dimmer.

So far I am loving these light bulbs
I bought these bulbs for the light fixture over our kitchen table, and got the soft white because I didn't want the lighting to be too harsh. This bulb does have a very wide area of lighting, and is completely dimmable with the dimmer switch we have. The dimming capability is excellent, and I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Since we use the kitchen light above the table more than any other these bulbs should save us a lot on our electricity bill. I can't attest as to longevity, since we got them recently. At this point, I am happy with them and will update review if anything changes.UPDATE 04/04/20:It has been about 2 1/2 years since I bought these bulbs for our kitchen fixture, and, as yet, I have not had to replace any of them. The 2700K is perfect. It's plenty bright, but not so glaring it hurts our eyes. There has never been any flickering, and they work very well with the dimmer switch. If and when these bulbs ever burn out, I will buy more of these to replace them.I hope this review was helpful for you.

These LED's are Great!!!!!
Very bright white lighting. These bulbs are high quality and a decent price. They also produce more light than the incandescent equivalent These bulbs work great for a vanity mirror with a light bar. At 7w per bulb you don't have to worry about the power bill. I've converted my entire home to LED bulbs and have reduced the power bill by $70 when compared to the same month last year -- a 30% reduction.. That figure is based on a 2 bedroom 1200sq ft. home and I use my lights more than most people because of failing eyesight. NOTE: Use care when ordering the LED replacement bulbs for any application. Make sure you understand the various numbers and what they mean. For example most LED bulbs run on a scale from 2700 to 6000 to designate "warmth" -- lower numbers tend to have an off white glow and higher numbers have a bright white or "outdoor" appearance. For example a 40w eq. bulb at 6000k (cool) may appear brighter than a 60w eq. with a 2700k (warm) rating.

As described
Gave me the 5,000 kelvin daylight look I wanted to match other lighting. All worked and still working in the month I've had them.
