very clever, compact toolkit, all metric sizes for modern bikes. I wish the pouch had has a belt clip or snap attachment, particularly for adjustments needed during ft ride after bike assembly.

We are a family of six that love to ride bikes, so it seems like my weekends are spent working on a least a couple of those bikes. I wanted a tool that would keep most of what I use in one place and this was the closest I could find. I really like that it has the 15mm wrench to use on the lugs, but I do wish it also had a 14mm as well. I have already had to use it a couple of times and I am very pleased with the simplicity and ease of use. It works perfectly for little fix-it projects on bikes.

A very good multi-tool kit and I have a few ... This is one of the best. I like the idea that it separates and clips back together so that you don't get too much of a bulky feel when using it.

I bought this tool after the Schwinn 9 in 1 tool I had owned for two years got stolen. The 9-in-1 tool held up extremely well over the years, and none of the tools ever stripped or wore down, despite frequent use. The 18-function tool has so far proven to be just as reliable, and made of high quality materials. However, I've come to realize that I will most likely never use the box wrenches, simply because there are no spots on my bike which will use them. If you're like me and can't make use of the box wrenches, I recommend buying the 9-in-1 tool instead because it is slightly more compact, less expensive, and the box wrenches are the only real difference between the tools. I've given this tool 4/5 stars because the spoke wrenches are poorly cut, and do not grip my spokes well. The reasoning of why the spoke wrenches are included on this thing eludes me anyway - adjusting spokes while on the road is risky business and should really only be done at a truing station at which the push and pull of the spokes can be measured.

Before owning the Schwinn bicycle tool I was borrowing tools to fix minor issues with the bicycle (which is Schwinn clear creek 26"). But having this toolkit handy is very useful. It is so small that it almost goes unnoticed in my sack. I mostly use it to for fine tuning. I often use the toolkit to mount/unmount wheels while transporting my bike in car. It misses a wrench to adjust my seat (to move it front/back) though. I still rate it 5 star.

This is not worth the money. Very poor quality. Surprising because it has the name Schwinn on it!!?? The service getting it to me was great but it is not a trustworthy tool!

I read some reviews about this product before buying it and I read the good, bad and the ugly and decided to buy it anyway. I like it and will give it 5 stars. Could they be more sturdy? I'm not sure if they could be in such a compact case, but we're talking about a bicycle here, not a motorcycle! There might be times when you will need more sturdy tools when working on your bike, but it worked really well for me when I was tightening the handle bars and the reflector and taking off the rack behind the seat to put on a baby seat. I think it's very handy indeed.
