I didn't have high hopes for these, but they lowered my cholesterol into the healthy range in just months.I never looked forward to taking a supplement before. The product works and is easy to incorporate with your diet. With exercise, considering your diet and discipline - it works.

I like the size of the gels and the taste. They are packaged well and not hard to open and release the gels.The only other thing is to see if they make a difference and that will take some time. That is why I give them a 4 star.
