Mavel Star Delivery Pump Demand 110 V Pressure Boost

Used this to deliver water from my RO tank in the garage to my refrigerator in the kitchen. (Over 30ft away). The pressure was too low after the RO tank and the water dispensor on the fridge would not operate if it was under 30 psi. This delivery pump easily installed in minutes and was mounted vertically to the wall in the garage. Has a screw to adjust the pressure if needed and be sure to wrap the threads in plumbers tape 12 or 13 times like the directions say. I thought 10 times would be plenty but I got seepage because the threads were seated and did not seal property. I went back and rewrapped a few extra times and no more seepage. Works great but is a bit noisy at times. I plan to mount to the concrete floor since the walls seems to project the sound when it operates for a few seconds at a time. Not the pumps fault, but probably the acoustics of my wall

Loud. Very abrupt pulses that disturb my Curtis coffee maker.You probably need to buy a check valve to make it stop cycling on.The coffee maker didn't appear to need the boost (rate of delivery through the coffee maker appeared the same).It’s really loud. And it makes the water coming out the faucet pulse like a giant waterpik.

I installed it a few months ago and it has been working flawlessly. They have great customer service and i was suggested this product after i explained them my situation. We added a fridge which has water dispenser and the line from the to the water dispenser is almost 25 feet long. Before the delivery pump, the water would not dispense from the fridge which was resolved after adding the delivery pump.It is a bit loud which is why i relocated it to the basement. I believe i read somewhere that adding a pressure gauge to the line may help with it. I have not tried that yet but plan to.

So far I've had it for about 2 months and it is connected to my fridge. It works great. The fridge is in the kitchen and the pump is outside in the garage. The pump is loud enough that I can here it pumping every time the ice maker needs water or someone gets water from the water dispenser in the fridge. Other than that it's great.

A couple of months after starting to use the pressure switch quit working. Inspection of the pressure switch determined that the micro switch had a broken spring causing the failure. After contacting the seller for a replacement pressure switch, replaced the entire pump not wanting to inconvenience me any further.

Provides great pressure, however the pressure switch should have a greater tolerance because it jack hammers when using the water from the refrigerator instead of building up pressure, letting it go down and building it back up again. It needs to either stay on, or wait longer before cycling. Feeds kitchen and an upstairs faucet with decent pressure.

Love this pump. In my case water filtration system is in the garage, so the pump is attached on the garage wall right behind the kitchen. The water pressure at my fridge is great with this pump. You do not need to do any adjustments to the pump, instructions are not clear, you cannot change the pressure. Adjustment only helps if you have non-continuous water flow. It's a bit noisy but we live with it.The first one I had did not work, I returned it and they send me a new one.

Works great. Quick shipping. Included threaded connectors to convert to 1/4 tubing. Trust the instructions when they say wrap the threads 10-12 times with teflon tape. I figured 6-8 would be plenty enough and it leaked. When I followed the instructions it worked!! I am guy what can I say. Also, this is a delivery pump, not an RO booster bump. Apparently there are differences, no worries for me because I needed a delivery pump. Just make sure you know what you need...
