Twisted Stringz Twisted Trifecta Bearing - .250 x .500 x .187

I purchased this bearing to replace the original bearing that came with the Magic Yoyo N11 I had recently bought. So far no complaints. The bearing has been much more solid than the one it replaced. Quiet and smooth.

Underwhelming for the price

This was bought just out of curiosity and a recommendation by a friend. I hardly expected it to move so quietly and smooth the indented bearing does help keep the string centered to keep it away from the inner walls and keep run times at maximum. I've been using it on a yoyo-factory grind machine and would recommend treating it as a product that needs regular maintenance such as lubricating or else you'll start complaining that it doesn't run as well as it did when first came out of its box.

I'm not sure if this bearing from RethrowYoYo is legit. The ziplock bag the bearing was placed in is for sandwiches with a label stuck to it and does not resemble the twisted stringz trifecta packaging I've seen in unboxings. It also appears that this bearing has been out of stock everywhere since Jen sold Twisted Strings over a year ago. I suspect this is a cheap chinese bearing purchased on aliexpress at 90 cents a piece and being resold for a ridiculous profit. Stay away from this and go to yoyobestbuy and buy a buddah whipple which in my side by side comparisons is identical for $6. TBH I wouldn't recommend the whipple either. This bearing that I doubt is a legitimate Trifecta is also responsive and very loud (two characteristics it shouldn't have). Stay away.

doesnt' come in retail packaging, but who cares. This thing works great. I put it into my DV888 and now have a long sleeping, non responsive yoyo
