I needed some buffet tongs, and I found these with good reviews. These are just perfect for my buffets where they both have a nice solid feel to them, comfortable in my hand through the whole movement of picking up food, and releasing to the plate. Love the handles, much better than ones I have used in restaurants in the past that cramps the fingers, or worse. No cons, can't think of a single one, where I am very happy with the purchase.

Okay, I know what you're thinking. What does taste have to do with anything? Well, in fact, a lot. If you've ever had good quality stainless steel forks or spoon, you will easily realize that there is no lingering metallic taste after eating with them. Heck, just lick a spoon outright and there should be no aftertaste at all.Then why do these tongs taste like they're leaching heavy metals? It's because they are. Dangerous! Please avoid. (It's been a full day and the taste of low quality "stainless steel" mystery metal is still poignant in my mouth.)These sellers know that you have no way of telling what they make their tongs out of. Honestly, you'd be getting a better deal on the same kind of stuff for a dollar *wink wink*, the aftertaste is the same. Avoid this product. Will be searching for high quality scissor tongs elsewhere. Imports are hard to gauge and this new idea of only selling import goods brings it's own mess of worms to the table (no product quality control).This is a Wholovesamonkey review... signing off!

I haven't actually used these yet, but they seem to be very well made, strong and sturdy. In reading reviews of other tongs, I saw that some of them have sharp areas on their handles that tend to be uncomfortable and produce cuts on users' hands. But these handles are smooth and easy to handle. I think they will do very nicely for what I need.

This is a nice set of kitchen tongs. They appear to be very well-made. They have a good strong grip and are easy to clean. I use mine mainly for salads but also for things like flipping bacon in a frying pan. They are dishwasher safe and easily cared for. Every kitchen should have one of these.

These are well made, just the basic tongs. I wanted stainless steels, and these are it.The two sizes are perfect for just about everything. Glad to have found these.
