Unit appears to be brand new and in good working order. There was supposed to be “no cables” however, the lightning cable did come with.

Unit is obviously not "NEW" but it's in great condition. Setup was easy, first I had to unbind my old controller then bind this one, all in all it took a few mins. As far as the sticks missing that some others have reported I would say look in the front of the controller there are two slots that hold the sticks when not in use, that's where mine were. After a few updates to get all of the firmware current I took did a test flight with my Mini 3 Pro and went out a mile and back with no issues. My other controller the DJI RC with built in screen is just fine but I switched to this one which is compatible with Dronelink software that I use. Very happy with the purchase.

I had absolutely no issues pairing or using this remote with my drone. The main thing you need to be aware of when using new remotes with DJI products is that you need to unpair your old remote. They will not allow you to use a different remote more than 5 times with your drone without unpairing the old remote. This is all likely to drones being stolen or lost and someone just buying a remote.

Good replacement for my original that came with my Mavic 2 Air. Much easier than replacing the batteries on the original.

My original RC suddenly stopped switching on. It was absolutely fine until I updated the firmware. So I started looking for an affordable version and got my eyes on INSYOO. I must say this product saved me. It looks brand new and it is compatible with my DJI MAVIR AIR 2. I have been using it since and no complaints at all.

Received used remote with no remote sticks. Received a second remote that was attached to an account so therefore I could not use it which means your selling used items when stating they are new. DJI said its a safety feature, this happens when someone loses or gets their remote stolen so nooone else can use it. DJI also sells the same remote brand new for only $91.00

Looks fine. But it doesn’t come with sticks for the control toggles. Make sure you buy those

This controller worked great for my Mavic Air 2. It paired wonderfully, and did come with joysticks. Also, one thing I was not expecting is that it did come with 3 cords: USB c to micro USB, USB c to USB c, and USB c to lighting(Apple). Not much more to say besides the fact that I have seen the other controllers on Amazon that cost about $100, but I went with this option since it shipped in only 3 days.
