Now click on the Ask a Question button towards the top and follow the prompts to complete the customization request. The hand choices are shown in the photos in the upper left. The part numbers that end in a B are for black hands, the ones that end with a G are for gold hands. The shaft length choices are Extra Short has a threaded shaft length of 3/16" and an overall length of 1/2". The Short shaft length is 5/16inch and 9/16inch overall. Medium threaded shaft is 7/16inch threaded shaft and 11/16inch overall. Medium-Long has a threaded shaft length of 9/16" and an overall length of 13/16" Long has a threaded shaft length of 11/16" and an overall length of 15/16". Extra-Long has a threaded shaft length of 15/16" and an overall length of 1 3/16". Complete mounting hardware including: hanger, rubber washer, brass washer, hex nut and hand nut. If you do not contact us with your hand and shaft length choices, you will be sent the default which is a 5/16" threaded shaft length and H-28B for the hands. If the pictures showing the hands are not showing up, search for offering B00N639EUU they both feature the same hands.

Fit perfectly as replacement for the previous motor.
I bought this clock repair kit for my Livingroom clock. It was shipped and received in a very timely manner and its perfectly as advertised. The only thing that was quite minor was the fact that the second-hand that came with it had a male mount and the motor requires a female mount for the second-hand. We'll live without a second-hand. Otherwise, this is a good product.

It works, just do some homework first
We had a clock that stopped working. I took it apart to see exactly what the device size was. It was a Takane. I measured the shaft length (threaded and overall) so that i knew which size unit to order. After ordering and getting the confirmation email, I clicked “ contact seller” and confirmed the size and also attached a photo of the old clock hands next to a ruler so that they could send the same hands for the new unit. It worked perfectly. It’s easy to install as they include a simple diagram. Advice is to take the old one apart first and make sure you know exactly which size to order. Worked like a charm.

What an easy fix for my favorite clock that just "lost track of time". Pay attention to the details so you order the correct version (shaft length).

Tough to install correctly. But quiet!!!
It was difficult to decide which clock would fit my application. I was very close with my guess. However, I had to modify the installation to make it work correctly. The hands I purchased for it did not fit even though I went with the clock's exact dimensions. Found an old set that worked. The clock itself is accurate and very quiet.
