Does this product have a 3" core? Will it fit in the regular Duck tape dispenser?

I'm looking for a good clear tape that will stay stuck for hanging posters on a wall. Anyone try this tape and can comment on other than boxes?

Will this dispenser work with the larger rolls of package tape, or just the smaller rolls?

I just want a tape for sending back amazon return package. Is the adhesive strong enough?
