These are high quality delicious chocolates and not too sweet.The company shipped them with a mini cold pack so they wouldn't melt while being shipped.

I have purchased theses tasty balls of goodness many times and can't recommend them enough. They are little bite-sized gourmet Almond Joys. I never had a problem getting the product here until my most recent order. The outside temperature was too high, which resulted in melting the individual contents into a solid mass. I shouldn't have been surprised, these chocolate-coco almonds are made with a handful of quality ingredients with no fake junk to provide heat stabilization. I contacted the seller, Black and White Eagle INC, and sent them photos of the contents. They apologized and provided a refund immediately. I love great products combined with great customer service. I got both here. Do yourself a favor, order these chocolaty, coconutty, mini, mega spheres of ecstasy from Black and White Eagle INC. during the cooler months of the year. I have ordered these in March with no issues when the temperature didn't exceed the low 70's Fahrenheit. And, as the warmer months approach, make a double order and stock up so that you don't have to experience withdrawal waiting for the outside temperature to drop.

Yikes. I never leave bad reviews, but I have so much to say, and none of it is good. Here we go:This arrived open, which I’m fairly certain is a universal violation for food items. It was boxed, so this definitely wasn’t the product of some sloppy or savage package-opening. It kind of looks like someone ripped into the bag and realized they don’t prefer the taste of these almonds, so they returned them. Because it’s an $18 snack and they didn’t want to sit with that kind of cost for something they didn’t love. Lucky for these imaginary people, they returned them and went back to their lives. So these little chocolate covered almonds make their way back to some warehouse or storage room and get tossed around, fall onto the dirty and dusty floor (hence the oh so becoming dirt marks on the bag), then get put on a shelf somewhere where they’re strangely deemed acceptable for selling again. Whoever is making the decision as to what item holds resale value must not be familiar with FDA regulations or the general understanding that we don’t eat or distribute food that looks like it’s been tampered with (Doesn’t everyone learn this as youths? Like on Halloween?). What’s really interesting, though, is that this item is not eligible for return.Now I sit here, spending valuable time writing a review about people selling open bags of nuts. Because there is oddly no option to contact the seller or to request a refund. Seller, would you think it’s cool for someone to sell you these nuts? Who said it was cool for you to sell these nuts? Why you gotta mess with my nuts? I have so many questions. I would love to waste as much or more of the seller’s time and money as they did mine.This is nuts. I need a refund for this blatant rip-off, health hazard, and waste of time.P.S. For anyone just reading to see if these nuts are any good, they are amazing. I had some that weren’t tampered with and felt compelled to buy more. But not like this.

Tasty, with healthy almond and coconut. Customers should be aware that it may not be available in the Summer as it will not be shipped in warm weather. Stock up in the Winter.

Normally I love this product. I discovered it at Costco (at a much lower price) but they no longer carry it so I turned to Amazon and found it at approximately 50% more than I paid at Costco. The first time I ordered, perfect! The second time I received 3 bags of a mostly melted block of almonds, chocolate and coconut. I am pretty sure this was a storage problem. I contacted Amazon Customer Service and they agreed to a full refund (normally not permitted on this product) so I am not out any money, just disappointed. I thought I would reorder, but now the price has increased substantially beyond my price point for a product like this. It is good, but not that good! In the meantime I am trying to figure out a way to use my melted mess. My husband has taken a meat cleaver and created quite a mess, but he doesn't mind. Can't complain because they did not end up costing me anything.Update: I reordered and the new ones are perfect - no melted mess at all!

These are delish! I greatly appreciated the fact that there was a small ice pack in the box with them as it was hot outside when they were delivered and I couldn’t get to them right away!

Ordered these back in the summer and they came in one, big, melted - and hardened again - clump. They still tasted great even though I had to break them apart. Tried it again and they were received in perfect condition.

I ordered this product before and it was great! This time it was stale and did not taste good at all! I wanted to return but not able to send back! I should be refunded for this product!
