I got this after expected delivery date but might have been because of traffic ? I just finished mounting it. In order to level the shelves, some pressure needed to be applied. I was very happy with my purchase until I noticed many of the 4-way connectors (plastic madden) were “broken”. I did not use a hammer or any tools, just my hands. I am not so satisfied because of so many broken connectors, so I don’t know how long it will take to fall apart. I will be happy if seller or manufacturer contact me so I could replace all broken connectors.

This is very flimsy. If you want anything sturdy, go with any other brand. One of the paper-like material [advertised as non-woven fabric lol] that holds the shoes; tore off while I was assembling it. I used scotch tape on the torn piece ;-)...Please be aware that this item is very hard to assemble. I do not want to return it since it took around an hour for me to assemble and I do not want to go through the nightmare of disassembling it. I will throw it out as soon as the second fabric piece tears off (which if my giess is right will be pretty soon).

This shoe rack was incredibly easy to assemble. I stacked my shoes and felt like a knockoff Carrie Bradshaw with all my lovelies on display. And, like the the quick failure of Mr. Big’s heart or the actor’s reputation, this rack crumbled. Broken pieces of plastic and shoes everywhere as if a silent shoe bomb went off. Anyhow, it’s cheap and not strong enough to hold Dr. Martens and Uggs without buckling and breaking.

It does what it says it does but it's not the most sturdy and it was an absolute pain to put together. There were a crazy amount of pieces. Would not buy again just because I wouldn't want to deal with putting it together again. It does fit nicely in the small space in my closet.

Everything was what I expected the issue I have is it is missing 1 piece. Other than that its fine. Put it all together and dont feel like taking it apart to send back.
