I use this bag to keep insulin cool and it's big enough to add all the extra bits in. No issues with temp and we are already at 40C

Great for hot summers
This snack bag is perfect if you live in a hot climate (I live in Dubai). It keeps snacks cold for outings to the park in midsummer! If my son doesn’t eat his yogurt tubes I can just put it back in the first when I get home as it’s still cold.It folds up nicely to save space in freezer.
