I'm an active person and I workout almost every day, so my recovery is extremely important. I've used these tablets for over a month and so far I've bought them again for myself, and my best friend. The tablets are easy to use and they dissolve well with my night time shake. Very energetic and use 1 and half tablet for 250ml water so you can feel the immediate energy kick within a minute and it last for more than 15 minutes.
