The seller got into contact with me and showed me that the silver piece the ear cup attaches to does actually does pull down to make it adjustable. It was very stiff when we received the headphones and I was afraid to break them by pulling too hard. My kid loves them and my issue was resolved. While they are still on the expensive side for what I'd buy for a child, they have held up well so farOriginal:The price we paid for these is ridiculous. For an almost $60 set of headphones to not have adjustable height ear pieces is INSANE. Unfortunately, my kid loves them so we're keeping them.

audio quality and noise cancelling were better than expected (for kids headphones).interface controls (buttons on the headphones) are poor quality (cheap plastics, stiff), but everything else is nice.protective case is good.if they dont break after a couple years, ill consider this a decent purchase.

This is the 3rd set of headphones we tried for my 9 year old daughter and she absolutely loves these ProHear thr best. She uses them mainly in school. At home she can Bluetooth them to her devices or use the cord if it isn't charged. Excellent noise cancelling even moreso when click the ANC switch. Comfortable and stylish too.

We considered buying one of the cute cheap headphones for our daughter, but I'm very happy we decided to spend a little more for these. It is a quality product and still very affordable.The noise cancelling works great, though most of the time she will wear them without turning it on. I believe they give somewhere around a 24db reduction when you just wear them while off. Whatever it is, it does the trick. We bring her along to festivals and to listen to live music around town. Some of the bands can get pretty loud. Her headphones work better than the earplugs my wife and I use.They were slightly big for my daughter at 24months, but she was still able to use them. Now, at 30 months they fit perfectly when set to the smallest size. They can be expanded to fit me, and I'm 6' 2" 240lbs with probably a bigger than average head.

I bought these for my grandkids for Christmas. I'm that Nana that researches and thinks of all the pros and cons. The kids loved them and so did their parent. Size first is great, sound quality was awesome, the ability to use as bluetooth or plug directly into their device is a great idea (they're kids, do you think they remember or take them off long enough to fully charge?) Finally, the case to carry them in makes them perfect for carrying in their backpack for school.
