Q: How many gallons will this treat?

Each tablet will treat 10 gallons. So each box will treat 80 gallons.

Q: How long does water stay blue after treatment?

It does turn a little blue and last about 2 day once you stop. I did a 20% water change after I was done and it cleared up that same day. I have a 40 gal tank that is heavily planted.

Q: Can you give them a second treatment? My water turned yellow not blue?

My water turned green. I have given a second treatment after 4 days. First, I do a 25% water change. This is my favorite general remedy for fish ailments and always works great. Good luck!
