Jewel Sprite Solar Powered Desk Chime, Champagne

Love this chime. It is subtle and so pleasant. Not inexpensive but enjoyable!

Works as advertised. This is my second purchase. Placement for exposure to sunlight will determine its chiming frequency.

This is a nice conversation piece on our book shelf. It makes a soothing, soft, subtle wind chime sound in our living room, so it gives nice background ambience without being so loud that it's obnoxious. One limitation is that unless you place it in direct sunlight, it will not chime all the time. You'll hear it a couple of times an hour for a few seconds. We have ours near our windows so afternoons are very musical. But after sundown, not so much in room light. Still, glad we have it.

Love the chimes. A friend has it and eyed it for several years. Finally broke down and bought it since it is kind of pricey. Love it. Worth every Penny.

Gave this to my cousin for her birthday. She loved it and Amazon delivered on time! A little pricy but she was worth it. Might buy myself one when I get the money.

I ordered two different styles of this chime during the first week of January of this year. This one died yesterday...October 25...and the other one died about two months ago. They both broke at the little hook that turns the inner ring that sounds the chimes....it just stopped turning when triggered by the solar cell. No way to fix that. Both of them were in rooms that had their LED lights on infrequently during the day....they were not triggered excessively. They are obviously not made to last past a few months and they're way too expensive for such a short lifetime. I do not recommend buying one of these.

Does not chime as my other solar does. Tried placing the middle at different heights but still not what I expected.

As soon as the sun starts to come up, it starts to chime the day to begin. I love it!
