Note that the outside diameter of the wire rope is 3mm PVC coated, when stripped back the steel cable is 2mm OD. It is NOT recommended to swage onto the PVC coating, I had some 2mm Crimping Loop Sleeves that worked well when the cable was stripped back. I did not use the screw rope clips so cannot comment on there suitability. The cable kit was good enough for my use case but I wouldn't use this kit for a large shade sail!

This product seems fine.Lots of stainless steel.However it’s a shame that the screws in the wire securing part aren’t stained steel and are rising after only two weeks.Otherwise good

I was putting up two large 3x4m sails in the garden and wasn't sure exactly how I was going to rig it up until the actual day, this kit included all sorts of bits and I didn't use all of it, but good to have as spares.Only 4 stars as the screwdriver was made of chocolate and the shaft just span in the plastic handle.

Used to fix a shade sail over my drive. Didn't last one night as one of the wire clamps failed.

Just had my first rain storm and all the connectors are rusted. In addition, cable slips through the cable coating when the wind blows. Doesn't matter how tight you connect the screws. Turnbuckles also seized up. Horrible quality. Just passed my return window.
