Nice taste with nothing added that isn’t natural
I wanted no sugar added and found that this product is mainly fish and little else. Great with horseradish. Low calorie.

These have a good, fresh flavor and aroma. The texture is, sadly, fluffy and airy rather than that one expects in gefilte fish.
