I had been looking for a replacement for our cheap grater that we've had for years and struggle to use and clean. After looking into rotary graters I found this one that checks all the boxes. We used it to shred blocks of cheese while cooking for thanksgiving. Its easy to figure out, every part that touches the food comes apart and goes in the dishwasher, and no more shredded fingertips! This will save us money on our grocery bill because it makes it so effortless to slice or grate things, especially in bulk, that we won't be spending the extra to buy things like pre-shredded cheese, shredded/sliced carrots, cole slaw mix, etc. I look forward to making homemade ruffled potato chips with this as well since it will make much thinner slices. Easy, safer and faster to use, easy and fast to assemble/disassemble, easy to clean, compact storage, good value for what we paid, feels sturdy. I seriously have nothing bad to say about it. If you're a home cook, especially if you're trying to do more from scratch cooking or bulk food prep, I recommend this rotary grater!

I love this machine. So easy to use and easy to clean. Just what I was looking for. i wash mine in the sink then rinse under hoy water. love it.
