Q: Does the crib measurements have to be exactly the same as the safety net?

The tent is flexible. As long as your mattress can be put in. Can be used

Q: Will this work with a pac and play?

No it will not. It is the exact fit for my standard size crib. It will be too big for a pack and play.

Q: How do you fold it back down?

We haven’t taken it out of the crib since we put it here so I can’t answer that question.
