Could not find any faucet like this one. Where I can use a spray when I need it and it is not a shade one from the typical faucet.

The sprayer is stuck on now, we don't have hard water what so ever. 20ppm water, maximum. Not happy, had a cheap moen faucet for 8 years before this started happening with same water, this faucet costs triple that one, and lasted 3 months! Not happy at all, Amazon 1 month return should be extended with this type of item, or they should have an option for warranty instead of pushing the pain in the but on to us...

Whenever you use the sprayer, and stop using, water does not go back to main faucet... Water sputters from main faucet... It's like it's airlocked. Invest in something better quality.

I read the reviews on this faucet and thought I was making a great stylish purchase to match my bronze kitchen sink. I only had it for about 4 months and the sprayer started to malfunction and the pot filler would no longer turn on. Only the sprayer was working. I notified Kraus customer support and they asked for the batch number and a picture of my faucet so they could send the replacement part. It took a couple of weeks but I received the part and replaced it myself and it worked fine for 10 months. Then it stopped working again. The pot filler no longer would turn and then the sprayer stopped working too. Now no water will come out of the faucet I notified Krauss and I didn't receive a response. I tracked down my original contact person from the first time it stopped working and they replied that it was purchased from a third-party supplier and I would have to contact them. The only support number provided by Amazon is the Kraus support number. I looked up the Krauss warranty and it's supposed to have a lifetime warranty. I guess 1 1/2 years from date of purchase must be a lifetime to Kraus! I will never buy another product from them. I have had faucets last 15 years and work perfectly for the entire time.
