i received item without "conductive ground rod" , thats why i returned, How to confirm the "conductive ground rod" will included in my next order ???

A must have for locating copper lines.
Product works as advertised. We added a valve on a copper line, located it with no problem. Ridged makes the best locating equipment for plumbers. Durable and made to last. Don’t try to use it in the rain.

It's nice once you get used to using it
It's nice once you get used to using it. The extra feature such as passive tracing is very nice. It's also very compact and fits right into the locator case without any hassle.
