Can I order a replacement top rail, I cut the rail too short?

I don’t know for sure, but I would think so. They have replacement for the glass, so one would think they have a parts department.

I didn't get installation, where can I get some instructions?

I installed mine. I think there were some instructions on paper in with the parts. Start with the sides. If you're replacing, try and line the holes in the brackets with the holes in your wall - so you don't have to drill into the tile. I found it easier to make new holes in the brackets than in the tile. You can plug the other holes with rubber pieces you can get at Lowe's etc. Then you want to cut the top bar to the right length. I used a Dremel and cutting wheel. I wouldn't use a saw if you can avoid it. Once the sides and the top are in you just hang the doors. There's a small plastic piece that you want to glue/silicon on the bottom so the doors stay in their tracks. It takes a while - try not to be in a hurry. Check your measurements before you cut.
