Bought these to read by the hotel pool. Sturdy construction and lightweight on my nose. Look good on and the tint appears to be dark enough. Haven’t used in the sun yet as my area is still overcast with rain. Look forward to using them on an upcoming vacation to the sun.

Eye Cedar sells 5 pairs (one pair dark tinted) for about the same price as this pair of sunglasses.The Eye Cedar glasses are optically superior, better made and have nice spring loaded temple arms.No reason to buy these.

I was surprised that the dark part gradually fades toward the bottom, but I tested in the sun and they work great and look good too!
