PRO 11 WELLBEING Night Splint for Plantar Fasciitis tendonitis Relief (8.5 + UK)

I don't often leave reviews, but I found it so difficult to differentiate between splints that I didn't get round to buying one for ages, so I thought it might help others in a similar quandary.I've been getting worsening symptoms of plantar fasciiitis for months. I've tried orthotic insoles, ice packs, ibuprofen gel, rolling a tennis ball under my foot, etc., but without much success. In the end I realised that if I tried to keep my foot at 90 degrees overnight, the pain in the morning would be nowhere near as bad.So I thought I'd try a splint. It wasn't an especially apperaling prospect - I already wear a wrist support at night for carpal tunnel syndrome, so I feel like I'm gradually turning into Darth Vader. But this splint is lightweight and comfortable to wear. After half an hour I'd got used to it and had no problems getting to sleep. You can clump downstairs to the loo in the night in it without too much trouble. The straps don't dig in. They're a bit difficult to tighten up, but I've found they don't need to be tight, just to hold you leg in place.Most importantly, I woke up after the first night with no pain whatsoever. The following day I spent hours on my feet doing a gardening job, and still no pain. The next morning - no pain. It's like all the symptoms have evaporated.I suppose it might be a flash in the pan, but I'm going to keep wearing it. I highly recommend it to anyone with plantar fasciitis. It's a good buy.

My plantar fasciitis had been getting progressively worse over recent months so opted to buy some things to help. This product has had an immediate positive impact from the first use, and after 2 days using in conjunction with day time products my pain and discomfort are significantly improved. The product is lightweight and easy to fit. Its not the most comfortable thing in the world, but can put up with that given its effectiveness. Its only the comfort point that stopped me giving 5 stars, but I do highly recommend it, and think its very good value all things considered.

Have had issues with Plantar Fascitis for over 3 years, getting much worse in the last year.Tried multiple different types of night splints, but all were too uncomfortable for me to use (a close second would be the 'strassburg sock', if you're looking for an alternative - just that it was uncomfortable on my toes).This product is easy to put on, once you've adjusted it the first time, you just need to clip yourself in. You can walk in it, so can use in the daytime around the house, or at night to go toilet etc.You can also use the side straps to get even more foot 'stretch' if wanted.The only bad thing about these, is that they are incredibly bulky. It's like wearing inline skates in bed (without the wheels).The bulkiness isn't ideal, but they work so well and so comfortably that it's a downside I think is worth it.If you don't like the bulkiness, take a look at 'strassburg socks' instead.

Offered good support stopping foot drop while recovering from plantar fasciitis. Used it indoors only. mostly during the day while hobbling around. I decided not to use it at night, tried it once and found it awkward and uncomfortable so couldn't sleep properly. Gave it 3 stars because it is overpriced.

This splint doesn’t hold your foot in place even with the straps as tight as possible. Very uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

I use this for PLMT, just for some relief from my foot dystonia. Works well, quite comfortable as these things go.

Die Schiene ist Gold wert und kann ich absolut weiter empfehlen, ich bin soooo mega froh, das ich vor gut drei Wochen von so einem Hilfsmittel erfahren habe, denn dadurch habe ich ein gutes Stück Lebensqualität wiedererlangt.Ich kann endlich wieder ohne Schmerzen laufen und brauche keine Schmerzmittel mehr nehmen. Ich habe teilweise richtig starke Medikamente nehmen müssen, um einigermaßen laufen zu können und trotzdem hatte ich starke Schmerzen.Ich habe viele Dinge wie Ultraschall, Bestrahlung, Kälte, diverse Einreibungen, Akupunktur usw hinter mir, doch nichts hat wirklich geholfen.Schade das die meisten Ärzte von dieser Schiene nichts wissen, dann würde vielen Menschen viel Leid erspart bleiben...mein Leidensweg mit Haglundferse und Fersensporn ging fast drei Jahre...ich bin überglücklich, das das endlich Geschichte ist und ich keine Schweißausbrüche mehr vor Schmerzen beim Laufen bekomme. Danke an den Erfinder dieser Schiene.Ich trage sie überwiegend beim Schlafen, aber auch schon mal auf der Couch oder beim Kochen. Ich hatte schon sehr schnell Erfolg gehabt, das ich weniger Schmerzen hatte, jetzt nach drei Wochen habe ich gar keine Schmerzen mehr. Ich bin gespannt ob auch die Beule an der Ferse zurück geht, aber das wird noch etwas dauern. Bei meiner Bekannten, die mir die Schiene empfohlen hat, ist sie nach drei Monaten zurück gegangen. Ich bin gespannt und freue mich, das ich endlich wieder ordentlich Laufen kann.

He comprado el producto porque padezco una fascitis plantar como consecuencia del padel, me lo recomendó un amigo con el mismo problema. La verdad es que me alivia bastante las molestias ,y eso que yo debería ser más constante al utilizarla y no acordarme sólo cuando me duele. Como todos sabemos en la fascitis hay que seguir varias recomendaciones para su correcto tratamiento, pero la férula es una de las medidas indicadas y puede ahorrarte la ingesta excesiva de analgésicos al mismo tiempo que reducir el dolor. Estoy contento con la compra.

A lo mejor cumple la función pero es muy incómodo y no llego a mantener más de 3h con ella. Sobretodo por la noche donde se llega a dormir la pierna. Si no aprietas la bota el pie queda holgado y no hace su función.
