👇👇old review👇👇I bought these 2 months ago and they have stopped charging up, I have tried diffrent cables and diffrent charging blocks just to see if that fault was me and its not they now just don't charge at all any more.👆👆👆👆👆👆This *was* my 1st opinion on the headphones but since the company reached out to me personally and we have had a 1 to 1 chat about what was going on they immediately helped me, they ended up sending me a brand new set amd we have stayed intouch the entire time through out getting them, i am very happy today that the new headphones I got work perfectly and there is no problem with changing them what so ever there little cable that they come with is perfect and all you need, the sound is brilliant and they do a great job of blocking out noises from around you, i use these at the gym and my gym is loud with there own music and the members and with these I don't hear any of them, I do alot of running and cycling and these guys have never fallen out once which I am surprised by because every headphones I have ever had before always come out. I love the volume buttons on the headphones them self's it's not just on one side its both headphone that have it which is brilliant if your busy and only have 1 hand free to adjust the volume also the touch screen on them as well to stop your audio and hang up on calls is a fantac touch " get it touch 😄"So all in all my options on these headphones have definitely changed I would recommend them to anyone looking for something durable.

I am extremely disappointed with my earbuds. I have had them just over a day and they literally have not worked properly since taking them out of the box. The left earbud will not charge up properly. I have taken the plastic cover off the terminals and also cleaned them but they still won't charge. I have tried everything to charge them up even leaving them overnight. The right bud showed 100% charged but the left bud was 0% on the app. I did manage to get about 30 minutes out of both of them, just the once, and the quality was great. With the aptX, the lag (latency) was zero, no lip syncing problems at all which was brilliant at the time. I'm assuming that the problem is with the battery in the left earbud, any charge that the bud does achieve it loses rapidly once out of the box, or the charging box. Incidentally, I did press the button once to sync but to no avail. I shouldn't have to go through all this to try and get them working so I am sending them back to Amazon.

These were my first pair of Bluetooth headphones that ive ever purchased having been quite skeptical of how good wireless headphones would be. Im pleased with the headphones, the design is good, the packaging great and the sound quality really good. The battery life seems quite long although i havent run them all the way down yet to see how long they will last but i went a week of gym (about 6 hours) without needing to charge them. I did have some issues pairing them with my Iphone to begin with until i removed the clear sticker covering the metal contacts on the back of each headphone. (The instructions on how to pair make no mention of needing to do this).My only real issue with the product are the controls on each earphone and truthfully if i had realised how annoying they were id have not purchased this set of headphones. Each ear has "touch controls" on the side of each headphone which allow you to call people, change songs, pause/stop etc. They are super sensitive and there's no way of putting the headphones into your ears without activating these controls. If you need to adjust the headphones in use to push them back into the ear or for comfort then again, you cant do it without touch these controls. Literally the smallest, lightest touch and you are changing songs, pausing music, stopping music, calling people, Very very irritating. If it wasn't for these touch controls id give the product 9 out of 10 but i can only give it 6 out of 10 because the touch controls ruin the usage for me.A nice feature would be the ability on the headphone app to be able to deactivate touch control.

I’ve used AirPods for the gym for a number of years now, but had become a little frustrated how they can dislodge slightly from the ear, even falling out. So I looked for an alternative and came across these.Would highly recommend the PALOVUE headphones to anyone. They remain in the ear and are highly comfortable, you don’t even notice they are there.Obviously a bit more fiddly to put in your ear than AirPods, but it’s well worth it. Sound is excellent and there are controls on the headphones themselves.Excellent purchase.

Right ear phone stopped working but company sent a replacement within a few days. The product works well for running. Good sound and nice to have touch controls that are responsive. I only have written this review because of how positive the customer support was so you can buy this product in confidence from my experience.

I had these for a few weeks. I was really disappointed with them, I bought them so that I had a pair of headphones that were suitable for running. My requirements are really low for a pair of headphones, I'm not interested in great sound, or noise cancellation I just want something to listen to podcasts while I run.There isn't any active noise cancellation and I suppose if you were to spend 20 minutes working out the fit of the buds you might be able to get a tight seal on them. But who's going to do that?My main issue with these is that after running with them for thirty minutes the button continually thinks it's being pressed. The default effect of this is that it keeps skipping to the beginning of the song or backward in the podcast. I tried the troubleshooting steps of resetting them, I tried changing the default behavior of the three presses of the button to see if that helped. But it didn't. I think the button reacts to sweat when running and thinks it's being pressed, there was nothing touching it and I tried really hard to make them work.In the end, I returned them.
