Great remote!
Somehow during Christmas festivities the original remote control for our TV disappeared. Probably got wrapped up and thrown out with wrapping paper or something. Sad day. After reading reviews on several Samsung remotes I went with this one...and it works GREAT! I cannot leave a review on voice command as we do not use this feature on our TV. But all the functions work like the original. It is lighter weight than the original and the buttons click a little bit differently, but it works like a charm, right out of the box. We also added a pager to the remote now, which is game changing. I just got a little button one that glues on the back of the remote, I can't recommend it enough. Especially with a house full of boys not paying attention to where they set anything!

Alexa does not work
I purchased this remote specifically for the voice control. This button is for show only. It does not work. I could have purchased a compatible remote for less without this advertised feature.

The remote paired up with my Samsung Smart TV fast and easy. Works perfectly for what I need it for.

Terrible quality/ died day after warranty
Worked for exactly 30 days. Started being wonky about 20 plus days in. Then died. Only on/ off works. Avoid this product.
