Q: What are the internal dimensions of this box (the inside slot where the Receptacle box will fit) ?

I don't know the dimensions of that area but there are multiple cut outs to use as needed. For instance one are we cut to go around blue outlet box and the other are to cut out the siding. I found some good you tube videos that might help as well.

Yes. I bought this for that specific purpose. Worked great.

It's white. Just like the color of white vinyl siding.

No, sorry, the internal dimensions are only 3 1/4" X 4 7/8"
