Frieren: Beyond Journey's End, Vol. 4

This manga lowkey hit me in the feels. It’s not your usual action fantasy it’s more chill, emotional, and actually makes you think. The story is super well written, the characters feel real, and the art is clean. I started reading and just kept going. If you’re into fantasy with depth (or want something different), this is 100% worth it. Would buy again!

I've read over 15,000 comics, and Frieren is one of the top 5 I've ever read. The heart of the story and its characters are unsurpassed. Reading Frieren gives such an uplifting emotional response and makes you think about being a better person.

A good continuation of the story. Good pacing and exposition. I'm ready for more. Bring on the Frieren. I'll take it all.

'Frieren' vol 4 is back to small moments along their journey, and nostalgic reflections on the past and how people have grown - which is great, because those are the things I'm coming to this story for. There's just a really good sense of the passage of time here, and the different things everyone's taken from it, and I'm very much looking to more. The manga teases a tournament arc next time, and so now I'm really curious how it's going to handle that.

The anime deserves its awards and the manga is just as amazing. Would heavily recommend!
