That’s what I’ve gathered from research but there’s no way that’s true. If I could give an educated guess from experience, I’d put it around 300,000. 8000 SHU is equivalent to eating a raw Jalapeño. I’ve eaten many raw Jalapeños in my life and these noodles go far..far beyond that.
