This s a good therapy roll. Works and so far more stability than a rolled towel (which does work, just not as effectively). I invested in it for my knee replacement and I shall use it next year for my second knee surgery. Then, I shall share with a friend as we are all seemingly in the “replacement era” of life.

Its a hard roller foam product and it won't go flat. It quality is worth it and the size is perfect for my feet especially when doing my feet stretchys. It is firm material and the color , my satisy. the density perfect. i bought this to do my foot exercise after my surgery and this is my at home therapy. I highly recommed this product. It will stretchy your feet. love it.

I had a metatarsal implant put in my left foot and am now in Physical therapy. They have one similar that I use there. So I looked here on Amazon and found this one that looked similar. I bought the black one. It arrived fast and packaged well. It is a bit firmer than the one from PT but it works well enough. It doesn't seem to break down like I thought it might considering the low price. So I was happy about that. Not sure if the color represents different firmnesses or if they are all the same. Might look into that before choosing the color.

I was using this in my physical therapy. The therapist helped me select this out and it met the same quality as they had at therapy. Stretches the sore spots in my spine and relieves joint pain if used the way my therapist says to.

Great dense tool. It is not really what I needed, but it can beused for many uses as the description explains.

I ordered this half moon, to use under my neck when I have neck pain, but this was really hard for my neck, it is made with some type of Styro foam, not memory foam. I am sending it back.

This half-roll exercise adjunct is fabulous for relaxing one's spine, pressing on fascia bands, and generally helping with mobility and flexibility. It is small enough to store off to the side of the living room, so it is not intrusive, and I really like it that it is a half, and therefore stable on the ground. It also can be in the living room without presenting a major trip hazard, since I bought a black one - it shows up well on m pale grey rug where I do my stretching and relaxing. I like it!
