Series No.9.1

After a lot of thought and investigation, I gave this mattress a shot at being able to provide me with a foundation for a good night's sleep. Now that I've been using it for a while, I can confirm that it does exactly what it needs to do! Delivery via Prime was perfect, as usual. The mattress itself is packaged very well and is surprisingly compact. Like all mattresses it is heavy so care needs to be taken when moving it. Once opened the mattress expands to its true size and although it wasn't easy, I waited the recommended 72 hours before using it. Once on the bed frame, it fitted perfectly. As for sleeping and doing what it should, this mattress ticks all the boxes as well as more! It is firm, comfortable and distributes weight evenly. I struggle with sleeping and this mattress has really helped me get a good night's sleep where other far more expensive mattresses have failed. All in all, fantastic value for money and an exceptionally good mattress.

Amazing. I initially bought a costly mattress 6 years ago and suffered with its sinking discomfort. As it was so expensive and "supposed to be" excellent for someone with back trouble!) - I kept it - but by last Christmas, expensive or not, I could take no more and decided to buy an Emma mattress which was getting great reviews and offered a 200-day free trial. After 2 months it didn't feel right (it kept sinking) but I persisted as they suggest you "get used to it". After 5 months I knew it would get no better so I decided I would take advantage of their returns policy and so I started looking for yet another replacement. I had 100% decided to choose a provider that would allow me a trial period (as I was so badly stung with my 2016 purchase) and the Emma mattress just did not suit me at all. I read reviews of many many mattresses before settling for the Novilla which had great reviews and a 100-day trial period. My mattress arrived quickly - I unpacked it and let it settle for 36 hours before using it and by day 3 I had fully adjusted to my new mattress and LOVE IT! It is the most comfortable and least expensive mattress I've had.

Very soft, i find i roll when partner is on bed also.

I've only had this on my bed for a week but so far it's been superb. It's quite a firm mattress with a bit of give, so if you prefer a soft mattress this probably wouldn't suit you. It is very heavy so if you are on your own I would recommend having another person to help you move and unpack it. It comes with a proper box cutter so you can't damage the mattress when removing the plastic wrap; it's attention to little details like this that make me think a bit more highly of a company. So far I've slept very well which is important to me as I have a spinal condition and often struggle to get comfortable; this hasn't been the case with this mattress. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good night's sleep and the price is excellent value for money. I would certainly buy another one and recommend this to family and friends.

Great value for money. A very well constructed mattress. Extremely comfortable and thick mattress. Great support and topper eases pain on my joints as yields but bounces back. It is in a spare room but have had only great reviews from guests re how comfortable it is. I have slept in it myself and it defo competes with some of the big brand names. I highly recommend it.

Total heaven

NOT WHAT IS ADVERTISED (pocket sprung) read on. Seemed an ok mattress for the first couple of days but then the issues begin. I feel previous reviews have been left by other buyers within the first few days of receiving this. This is not a comfortable item nor as described. IN FACT The worst mattress I've ever had. Awaiting collection for return. This is definitely NOT a pocket sprung mattress mattress. I have had this for a little over 3 weeks now and it's the most uncomfortable thing I've ever layed on. I can feel every single spring sticking through. Not only that but it sounds like I have a family of mice in my room as every time there is any movement on the mattress it squeaks so bad. I have not been sleeping well since receiving this. I would certainly not recommend it for anybody with any kind of back issues as I have, this mattress is increasing my pain levels. Even my partner who has no back problems wakes up daily with both back and neck pains, which has only started since sleeping on this mattress. Can't wait until it's out of my house and i can replace it with a proper memory foam. Believe me if you buy this you will regret it and will definitely end up returning it.

From reading previous reviews, I was really hopeful for this mattress. It was for my daughters new bed (aged 5) she had complained for such a long time that her previous bed was too hard so I wanted a nice soft-medium firm mattress. This is described as sleeping on a cloud, however I would unfortunately disagree. This is the first night we have had it out the packaging. Maybe it will get softer as it expands some more. I have tried to find ways of contacting the company however that hasn’t been easy and I haven’t found the best way to do so as of yet. My daughter has said this mattress is hard… however we are willing to try it out for a bit. I am unsure of what the criteria is for returning the mattress within the 100 day trial. I am wishing to establish how I would return this mattress if my daughter concludes it is too hard for her. We shall see!

Super Qualität und super Service, besser geht nicht. Die Route kann man folgen und sich für die Zustellung vorbereiten. Die Matraze wurde ausgepackt und ausgerollt, so, wie Sie es möchten. Auf das Bett aufgelegt. Die Verpackung und die alte Matraze wurde abgeholt, ohne unnötigen Fragen. Die Qualität der Matraze ist super. Super fest als ob H4 oder H5, super hoch: 26 cm. Meine besondere Größe: 120x190cm stimmt Milimetergenau. Kein Geruch! Gar kein! Gerne wieder!

I bought this mattress because my old one had developed a really noisy spring problem which would have woken the dead! This new mattress is very comfortable and we love it. A very unexpected bonus for me is that the really bad neck, shoulder and arm pain that was making me miserable has completely disappeared. How do you explain that? In fact I saw a review from someone else who said her terrible arm pain went away when she bought this mattress. I call that a great big bonus.

Die Matratze ist nicht so hart. Ich hatte davor immer noch einen Topper, weil mir die Matratze zu hart war. Den Topper brauche ich jetzt nicht mehr, das gefällt mir sehr gut. Ich bin super zufrieden.
