It's duck tape. It gets 5 stars automatically. Any other review giving less than 5 stars may have tried to tape liquids together and was upset and gave it less than 5 stars and thought "well, they said all-purpose."The product also works great to keep people in place, especially to chairs when you would like them to sit down so you can chat with them. If they are super chatty, you can use it to keep them quiet as well. Don't want the person to run away, use duck tape! Do they always have to touch things with their hands, use duct tape!

I bought this tape specifically to seal up industrial ice packs - the kind you get in the mail with refrigerated medications - that had sprung leaks. I didn't want to keep asking the community for new ones if I didn't have to. I taped up spots on two packs and covered one entire pack with tape (I couldn't find the hole). I use the ice for my migraines, so basically I freeze them completely solid, then wrap them in a hand towel and lay my head on them until they thaw and then put them back in the freezer. It's been a few months and the tape is holding up just fine to all those conditions on both the covered pack and the strips. I also used it to tape up the broken handle on a plastic laundry basket and it is sticking and holding just fine, despite the uneven surface and less-than-skillful application.

This is great duck tape. It adheres well and was a reasonable value.My only issue is it had been damaged somewhere between tha tape factory and me. There was a small cut in the top 10 to 15 layers of tape which made the tape tear as it was unrolled. Something I should have returned it for, but just didn't.

I recently was frustrated by the duct tape I got from harbor freight...luckily this stuff performed as expected, which was much better than the no-name cheapy duct tape. Not worth saving a couple of bucks when the performance of the cheaper stuff is orders of magnitude worse.

Duck Tape brand was recommended to me by a handyman. I have used it around the house and it has stayed secure and appears to be a high quality duct tape.

Honestly I never thought about just how sturdy duct tapes are until this show up in our house. We previously had some scotch tape but as we're getting ready for the holiday seasons, we started doing a lot more packing and wrapping and some of the bigger toys require a much studier hold than just regular scotch tape. I can't tell you how well this work better or worse than other variations but it is the width that we needed for the boxes we have. Since we are putting gift wrap over the boxes, it didn't bother us that it is just the standard gray. Highly recommend keeping some duct tapes at home at all time!

Use this tape for all kinds of repairs around the house. It's strong, durable and waterproof. Price here is okay, especially since you can have it delivered to your front door and don't have to shop around for it.

buying duct tape at a hardware store is expensive, I like to keep it around for little projects and such.Good price from Amazon.

I'm not sure what is different about this Duck Tape but it is definitely lower quality than the Duck Tape I've used for the last 20 years. It is consistently becoming unstuck on its own.

too thinI bought gray and white this brand name call "Duck Tape" I always tapping twice or triple times because too thin!"Duck Tape" this brand is low adhesive quality and pricey compare with Gorilla tape!The best Gorilla tape is almost same price as "Duct tape" and same length, THICK AND STRONG ADHESIVE!
