Q: does this have a uk plug

Yes, it definitely has a UK plug included in the box. :-)

Q: Can this do all size mugs

Hi No it really only does the two Cricut mug sizes 10, 12 and 15 oz. It does sizes inbetween I did a non Cricut 11oz perfectly. However, it doesn’t do Tumblers or can glasses very well. There are non branded generic presses where you can buy the inserts for different sizes I believe, I’d buy one of them if I was to buy again. The Cricut mug press is easy for mugs but if you want to do anything else and do it well consistently then I’d shop around. Hope that helps.

Q: Do you have to use a printer for the ink sheets?

Hi you have to use sublimation ink in a compatible printer if you want to use printed images Or you can buy sublimation printed images Alternatively there’s lots of patterned infusible ink you can buy as well as plain infusible ink vinyl

Q: It comes with EU plug?

All depends what country you are buying from. Mine came with a UK plug
