Is this real turquoise?

It looks real to me. I gave this watch as a gift to a granddaughter. She was happy with it. Since she is slender, it was fine. I did note that the wrist band was a bit snug.

how to set time on watch?

Pull out the little knob on right side of watch. Turn to get your time then push little knob back in.

Is the battery easy to change?

I don't know, I only had it 10 days and it was already falling apart. The pins were coming out of the band. Very pretty watch but not very good quality. I returned it.

Do you sell just the watch bands that fit these watches?

No the watch as shown,it is really cute
