Heavy duty
I have not used it yet, but I have others in the past. This is definitely heavy-duty and none of its parts are likely to break.

very poor supplies

Sad experience
The brand delivered was of “ bright office “ not of dotpot. The holes are not happening correctly, paper alignment has problems. On one side holes are in the edge of the paper itself, so broken holes
