KinesioTex Gold FP Tape Color: Black

Have used Kinesio Tex FP tape color beige for over 10 years. Thought I'd try Black tape for a change. Adheres a long time, actually adheres better than the beige, however it leaves a sticky black stain on skin even after one day. Takes a lot of effort to get it off.

If you tape it correctly, it is amazing. Absolutely worth it. It can stay on through a shower if you tape it when totally dry.

This tape was recommended by my physical therapist. She has been treating me for a bone spur on my heel which is especially painful going up and down stairs. I also had some swelling in the area of my achilles tendon. The tape has helped a lot. After my therapist showed me how, I am able to put the tape on myself correctly to keep my foot in line. The swelling and pain has been greatly reduced. It sticks well to my skin and the application lasts about 4 days, even with showering.I have also been using it on my other foot to keep my big toe from crossing over onto the toe next to it. The tape has the strength to pull the big toe back into place and keep it there.I was skeptical as to how a mere application of tape could make such a difference, but I am convinced now that it works. I don't understand the mechanics of the tape, but I am grateful for the relief it provides.

Nice big roll, good professional quality. Would definitely use adhesive spray with it (which is normal for any tape), otherwise it won't stay on very long if you're active.
