Yummy but not sure if it's effective
I don't know if they do anything, but they're yummy :). Definitely a lot of sneaky added sugar into your day though, so beware.

Good vitamins But does contain low grams of sugar if you are diabetic or pre- diabetic or just plain watching your added sugar you may want to check the grams out first

Poor quality
The product came all gummed together, and no refund or exchange was allowed. I ordered it on 1/6/25, and it didn't show up until 1/29/25. Very disappointing!
