Inexpensive, in the wrong way.
It stopped working after just 4 months of use. It worked fine while it lasted and I was quite pleased with it until it just flat out died on me. I thought: "No big deal, I'll just RMA it". I spoke with support and turns out it only comes with a 30-day warranty. I don't understand why a brand new electronic that is not refurbished would only come with a 30-day warranty. On top of that, the warranty policy is hard to see in the description. It seems misleading and suspicious to say the least. Update: Lemorele did the right thing and they reached out asking for more details about what happened to the USB Hub. I provided further details of what happened to it and they determined it was defective so they either offered a replacement or a full refund. I opted for the full refund and I'm quite satisfied with the service provided. I would say do not fear and buy their products. If anything goes wrong, they have the commitment to get things right for you. Thank you! Highly recommended.

STEAM DECK USABLE!
If you have any devices that use C-Type use this as a perfect source to extend the usage of your products. NOW ON TO THE IMPORTANT PART. THE STEAM DECK! This is perfect for it. I bought it a couple days ago and been using it day and night, wow how perfect is it to use for the steam deck and easy plug and play! Trust me, I've looked at a few and this is perfect for amount you pay and the ports you need. I originally got a $15 one and wow the difference is unbelievable! I almost would say don't get the $100 brands unless you're using it for many more things than just the steam deck. But this Panda one is perfect! (Its called Lemorele, but it has a Panda image on it.) Do yourself a big favor and buy this until the steam dock comes out or just replace the steam dock altogether with this. I use a 90W charger and the passthrough power works and charges my steam deck! Also I love the fact the hdmi and power are on different sides, at home & work my power is on different sides so this works! I tested C-type SSD to port things over to my steam deck while using this and works amazingly! I'm fine being a broken record, trust me, this works! Grab 2, 1 for home and 1 for on the go, in case you're wondering why would I need one on the go? Hotels, work, friends house, s.o house, library, restaurant. Its not just a gaming system, its a small computer.

Nicely built and works out of the box (Win 10 and 11).
I previously bought a NiaoChao (ASIN B07NQCQHVY) and it worked fine for some time then crapped out on me and some of the ports work (USB) and the RJ45 1GB port no longer works. Decided to buy this for testing and seems to be working fine, no overheating and transfer times are standard for USB 3. No little carry drawstring sachet bag, but I carry it i my knapsack anyways. We'll see how it holds up. Adequate ports, 3 USB 3 A type, SD and micro SD card reader, RJ45 gigabit and one HDMI. Has 2 USB C type ports, one for power distribution (PD) And your USB C I/O.

Makes a great gift
Let me introduce you to the Lemorele USB C Hub Multiport Adapter, a gadget so versatile it feels like the Swiss Army knife of tech accessories (minus the toothpick, of course). This 9-in-1 wonder hub has everything you never knew you needed—seriously, it’s like the magic bag from *Mary Poppins*, but for tech. First off, the Gigabit Ethernet port is a lifesaver if you’re tired of spotty Wi-Fi or just want to feel that sweet, reliable wired connection. The HDMI port? It’s ready to turn your laptop into a full-blown cinema. And with all those USB ports, you can charge, connect, and sync like a tech wizard—no more playing musical chairs with your devices. But let’s keep it real: this thing does get a little warm when it’s working overtime, so maybe don’t try to cook an egg on it. Also, if you’re looking to slim down your travel kit, this hub might add a bit more bulk than some ultra-compact versions. But hey, you’re getting nine ports here, so it’s a fair trade-off. As a gift, this hub is perfect for the tech-savvy friend who’s always complaining about not having enough ports (we all know that person). They’ll thank you every time they connect yet another device. In short, the Lemorele USB C Hub is a powerhouse adapter that covers all your connection needs, all in one sleek package. If you’ve got a modern laptop, this is the ultimate sidekick you never knew you needed.

FANTASTIC Customer Service
First one died on the first day installed - it got very hot so I returned it for refund (thank you Amazon for making the process easy) . Customer Service contacted me and offered to replace it or a $20 Amazon Gift card. Since I need a product like this I went for a replacement. Delivery of a replacement was very fast. The new USB-C Hub has been working perfectly for a week now - very happy. It is connected to my HP ENVY x360 Convertible and all the products features function as specified. Great job folks ! Thank You !

NOT RECOMMENDED! Began to FAIL after just a few months!
Bought it because my previous dongle's cable was beginning to fray. This one has more connections, and better layout but lately and unpredictably it randomly disconnects from my Macbook Pro 16" late 2019. I just have ethernet, an external HDMI monitor and a usb c to lightning cable connected to it and sometimes will hook up a usb A thumb drive or some other device. It gets warm during use but not excessively. But I will just be working and for no reason I can define, the laptop's screen will dim and then come back on, suddenly hearing the Apple chime that I'm connecting to power. Even worse, it randomly begins shutting the attached monitor AND the laptop's screen on and off - which is what happens when you connect and disconnect external monitors - wreaking havoc on my work! I tried disconnecting my monitor's HDMI cable to troubleshoot but the connecting on and off kept cycling. And, by the way, the HDMI input is hard to connect to, you really have to push the end of the cable in and getting it out by not pulling the cable is tough! Overall NOT RECOMMENDED!

AGWIL (or, Another Good While It Lasted device)
Well, two years in, BOTH USB-C ports have failed, significantly reducing the utility of this rig so much that I now need to buy a similar one, giving a different vendor a shot at making things right). I must say I was fairly pleased with Lemorele over the years, having bought a few of their hubs in different input denominations. Although, since I took The time to write this review, I might add that I was never particularly thrilled with the Ethernet port being one of those "easy in, easy out" varieties, which because it does NOT click when the patch cable in inserted, routinely your Ethernet cable will just come out of the socket just by merely bumping your laptop accidentally (and unfortunately, until you happen to notice that your internet connection switched to wireless from Ethernet in the lower right of your Windows taskbar, you are likely downloading much slower and have no idea otherwise). While it's arguable you get what you pay for, even devices from more well known producers are often just a bit costlier , and have less features than the globalization brands (like Lemorele and other similar vendors on the Big A ) that specialize solely on peripherals. And everyone needs more ports considering today's PC laptops keep minimizing them due to "thin and light design" (obviously to have PCs mimic the profile of, well, the other BIG "A").
